Although the occurrance is extremely rare, The Cookie Maker reserves the right to cancel orders in case of emergency, sickness, and/or necessity and 100% of payment will be refuded to the client in this type of situation. In the event you need to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of your event, you may chose to recieve a 50% refund or apply 100% of your order to a future custom order to be redeemed within 6 months of original event date; entire order will be forfited after said time frame. A full refund, less a 5% processing fee, will be issued for orders cancelled at least 15 calendar days before event date. Required
